Lawsuit filed against several NHD Disclosure Companies

Some of our customers have expressed concern regarding a
2004 lawsuit filed against most of the natural hazard disclosure providers in California.
This lawsuit filed December 10th, 2004 alleges that several of the natural hazard disclosure providers have failed to properly research locally mapped Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones, among other hazards.
We are pleased to announce that NHDReport LLC IS NOT a defendant in this lawsuit.
NHDReport LLC will continue to thoroughly research every property with all available state and local data to provide accurate and complete natural hazard disclosure statements.
